The entire operations of STR Tecoil Oy are certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. These certifications have been granted by Inspecta Certification Ltd.

The company and its personnel commit to considering the needs and perspectives of our stakeholders—our customers, subcontractors, and local communities—in all aspects of our operations. We act as responsible corporate citizens, adhering to legislation, data protection requirements, contracts, and ethical business practices. We commit to conduct honest business with open communication, and we unequivocally reject bribery, insider trading, or any form of corruption. Additionally, we continuously develop and improve our operations.

Ensuring quality through a comprehensive quality system

The assurance of quality and product safety for STR Tecoil Oy’s products is guaranteed by a comprehensive quality system. We systematically develop the quality of our operations and products, measuring it through operational and financial metrics, as well as observed deviations. Our aim is to meet and exceed the expectations of our stakeholders while expecting them to fulfill our own quality criteria.

Our goal is to be a leading manufacturer of Group II base oil in Europe.

Safety is the cornerstone of our operations

Leadership at STR Tecoil Oy is based on trust at all levels of the organization. We share responsibility genuinely across the organization, enhancing the meaningfulness and challenge of work. Responsibilities come with adequate authority. STR Tecoil Oy is a secure workplace that encourages self-development and continuous improvement in collaboration. Employee input is part of our operating policy.

Every individual at STR Tecoil is responsible for adhering to work safety instructions and using personal protective equipment. Reporting safety deficiencies, threats, or procedural errors is crucial for continuous improvement and accident prevention.

We also promote occupational health and well-being, aiming for zero accidents and incidents. Our safety policy is based on everyone following rules, working safely, and handling STR Tecoil’s assets (including intellectual property, such as confidential information) with care.
